Blush Twin Cities Boudoir Photography

By booking a session, submitting your information, or using this website, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions with Blush Twin Cities Boudoir Photography (“Photographer”). These terms are designed to create a seamless, respectful, and empowering experience while protecting your privacy and rights.

Booking & Session Fee

A non-refundable session fee of $390 is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date.

This session fee covers the Photographer’s time, talent, and preparation. All products, digital images, and collections are purchased separately following your viewing session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

The session fee is non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled one (1) time

• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required

• Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a reasonable timeframe based on availability

Failure to provide proper notice or failure to attend your session will result in forfeiture of your session fee.

Ordering & Payment

All products and digital images are selected and purchased after your viewing session.

• Payment in full is required before delivery

• No products or images will be released until the balance is paid

Delivery Timeline

Final products and digital images will be delivered within 2 weeks of full payment.

Timelines may vary slightly depending on product type.

Privacy & Image Use

Your privacy is our highest priority.

Blush Twin Cities Boudoir Photography will never share, publish, or display your images without your explicit written consent.

Clients may choose to sign a separate model release for promotional use. This is completely optional and will never impact your experience.

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyrighted property of the Photographer.

Clients are granted a personal-use license, allowing:

• Printing

• Personal sharing

Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Artistic Style

By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the Photographer’s style.

• Editing is performed at the Photographer’s discretion

• RAW or unedited images are not provided

Client Conduct

A safe, respectful environment is essential.

The Photographer reserves the right to end a session without refund in the event of inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years or older. A valid ID may be required.

Products & Sales Policy

Due to the custom nature of photography products:

• All sales are final

• The Photographer is not responsible for damage after delivery

Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

If the Photographer is unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control:

• Liability is limited to a full refund of payments made
